If you have a complaint, please contact us with the details. It must be made in writing, either by letter or email and must specify the grounds that form the basis of your complaint.
We will investigate in full. The issue will be passed immediately to the senior management team who will then review the matter and speak with the member of staff who acted for you.
We will respond to you within 14 days of your original communication with a detailed written response, including suggestions, if any, for a remedy.
